Laiya White Cove Beach Resort is a private owned beach resort under Investland Properties Inc. which is situated in 112 Brgy. Laiya Aplaya, San Juan, Batangas, Philippines. 
The resort was a former family vacation house and is considered as a family heirloom that is passed on to one generation to another. 

We consider the resort a place of serenity, exclusivity, and relaxation while enjoying popular home-cooked Filipino food that brings comfort to our bodies every single time our guests take a vacation despite being near San Juan-Laiya Road. Moreover, our resort is well known for its beige fine sand and clear blue-green water of Tayabas Bay and the view of Mt. Daguldol.

We are also frequented by couples, group of friends, families, corporate events, functions, team buildings, and destination weddings.
